Shipping policy

Tone Def Collective offers free standard domestic shipping for orders over $50. Orders under $50 incur a $5 shipping fee. Shipping fees for international orders or expedited shipping may differ. Order totals exclude gift cards, taxes, and shipping costs.

Shipping timelines do not include weekends or federal holidays. Orders placed before midnight Sunday through Thursday, excluding pre-order items, will usually ship the next business day (Monday through Friday). Orders placed Friday through Sunday will ship on Monday. Pre-order items begin shipping on the date noted on the product page and order confirmation email.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable once an order is processed.

For domestic orders under $50:

- $5 for standard shipping (2-7 business days)

- $35 for overnight delivery via USPS Priority Mail Express

For domestic orders of $50 or more:

- Free standard shipping (2-7 business days)

- $30 for overnight delivery via USPS Priority Mail Express

Shipping to APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands and other US territories is via USPS First Class Mail only. Delivery times vary but are typically 4-10 days.

International shipping is a flat fee of $30 via standard service. Please note that international orders are subject to taxes, duties, and customs fees in addition to the shipping cost. The recipient is responsible for all additional charges. Orders refused for any reason will still incur original shipping expenses.
