Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason.
In order for an item to be eligible for return, it must be unused and in the same condition as when received. All tags and original packaging must be intact. You will also need to provide your receipt or order confirmation.
To start a return, please contact our customer support team at info@tonedefcollective.com. Include your order number and the reason for the return. Returns should be shipped to the address provided by our representative.
Please note that items sent back without initiating a return may not be accepted.
All canceled orders are subject to a restocking fee.

EXCHANGE
If a simple exchange is preferred over a return, the quickest option is to return the unwanted item after it is received and then place a new order for the correct item once the return is approved. This helps ensure you receive your preferred selection in a timely manner.
REFUND
After we receive and inspect a returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, you will see the refund on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
